Sherman Oaks School of Dance and Music

Sherman Oaks School of Dance and Music recently opened in mid-January 2015. We are excited to provide the San Fernando Valley with controlled dance class sizes and private one-on-one music lessons to students of all ages starting from 18 months and up! With a professional floating marley dance floor, university graduate instructors, and a curriculum-based approach we ensure that our students will have a fun, yet educational class. Dance classes include Mommy & Me, Preschool Dance, Ballet, Jazz, and Hip Hop.

Our music program includes voice, piano, and guitar. Within the realm of dance and music it seems extremely difficult to be able to find a happy medium between free, creative movement, that little one’s should experience, and structured, educational practice. At Sherman Oaks School of Dance and Music our classes are built around fun imagery that keep the students engaged and excited the whole class, yet they leave the class knowing the foundation of their class of choice, as well as terminology.
