The Green Leaf Academy is an elite summer enrichment program for students in Grades K-7, designed by University Professors with a specialty in Elementary Education. All of our classes are taught by highly qualified, credentialed teachers, and each class is staffed with a full time teaching assistant.
Green Leaf specializes in course offerings for Gifted students as well as those in need additional support/review in particular subjects. Parents choose 4 classes that children attend each day for five weeks. There are over 50 academic and elective courses offered, allowing parents and children to customize the learning experience based on individual needs and interests.
The 2013 focus is STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math), yet we will also offer a wide range of reading, writing, and elective courses.
Our program seeks to give children an enjoyable classroom experience based on the principles of joy and rigor. All classes will incorporate experiments, manipulatives, discovery learning, and a hands-on approach to learning. Best practices in education are paramount in our curriculum planning including offering classes with a low student/teacher ratio of approximately 12:1.

Tuition: $600 for 5 weeks. Afterschool care is offered for those in the program until 5:30pm at an additional cost.

Time: 8:30am - 12:45pm (elite morning academy) 12:45 - 5:30pm (afternoon clubs / skill building)
