Musical Theatre Summer Intensive
Hone your musical theatre skills at the Musical Theatre Summer Intensive at PlayWell Performing Arts! Your week is comprised of instruction in acting, singing, dancing, and improvisation, and culminates in a performance of selections from the musical theme of the week each Friday afternoon!
The program caters to kids and teens of all experience and ability levels. Students new to theatre will build a strong foundation of the basics of musical theatre performance, and more seasoned vets will add to their theatrical tool kit with specialized curriculum and instruction.

Music and Movement for Pre-Schoolers Summer Program!
Playwell Performing Arts is proud to present our Music and Movement for Pre-Schoolers Summer Program! Each weekly workshop will keep your pre-schooler on their toes with creative movement and dance, musical concepts and storytelling, pretend play, and vocal exercises. Pre-schoolers will develop language, motor, and cognitive skills through games, movement, and activities for two hours each day! Eager learners will stretch their imaginations and shy turtles will be coaxed out of their shells for 8 weeks of fun for everyone!

Magician Training Summer Intensive
Become a magician this summer at PlayWell Performing Arts! Learn magic skills from a master magician in this engaging and fun environment. Develop dexterity and presentation skills while building confidence as you improve your magic abilities. Learn professional magic skills such as vanishes, productions, and transpositions. Each week culminates in a performance of all the tricks and illusions learned throughout the week on Friday afternoon. Enroll today and start your journey to becoming a master magician!

Creative Writing Summer Intensive Workshop
In the Creative Writing Summer Intensive Workshop at PlayWell Performing Arts, participants will explore the power of words and acquire the tools needed to write their own short stories. Throughout the week, the focus is on character development, plot, and dialogue. Class exercises and discussions will spur your creativity and take your story in directions you may never have imagined. There are no requirements for the intensive other than a love of writing and an open mind! Whether you consider yourself a seasoned poet, a novice storyteller, an experienced writer, or just a beginner, this workshop will transform the way you think about writing.
