Golden Performing Arts Center offers children ages 6-1/2 to 14 the opportunity to perform in a Broadway-style musical production and to experience the camaraderie and excitement of belonging to a theatre family! In a nurturing environment of friendship, encouragement and Fun, campers enjoy a variety of activities including dance, vocal and acting training; theatre and improvisation games; arts & crafts; weekly Spirit Days; Golden Idol contests; Talent show, and more! Camp will culminate with full-scale productions of a Broadway musical favorite complete with professional lighting, sound, sets and costumes, at the beautiful LA city-owned Madrid Theatre, wherein young people play all the roles. No prior theatre or acting experience is required. The main concern, always, is to instill in each child feelings of personal worth, self-esteem and confidence, while exposing them to exhilarating feelings of success, belonging, pride and accomplishment.

Tuition: $1,095 and includes all production costs, costumes and two complimentary tickets to the show per camper. Tuition may be reduced to $1,045 if deposit of $100 is received by March 31, 2015.
Sessions: June 15 - July 24, Monday through Friday, 9am-3pm. Extended care is available from 7:45-9am and 3-6pmfor an additional fee and may be used daily or as needed.
